Leadership
+Foundry
In a world that rewards urgency, the rarest resource is clarity—the ability to focus on what matters, lead with conviction, and move through complexity with steadiness and precision.
Through our 1:1 work, we help leaders do exactly that.
We start with awareness: surfacing the patterns and blind spots that shape how you show up. From there, we bring your direction into sharp focus—clarifying your goals, priorities, and the outcomes you’re driving towards—and together we co-create a plan to refine your strengths, address gaps, and forge the systems that will make new habits stick.
More than modification, this is transformation. Our work will help you see what matters, let go of what doesn’t, and build the practices to make your leadership steady and strong for the long run.
What you can expect:
Sharper decisions made with confidence
Greater presence and influence in the moments that matter most
A custom leadership model that scales with you
Transformation that lasts—rooted in evidence-based frameworks and refined through real-world application
“I HAVE MADE MORE PROGRESS ON THIS (topic) THAN I HAVE IN MY ENTIRE TIME IN this ROLE.” MG, DIRECTOR
Questions our clients have asked:
-
Leadership coaching is a 1:1 partnership designed to help you achieve and sustain positive change in your work.
-
Meaningful, lasting change takes root with time and requires consistent effort. Every engagement starts with a six-month commitment, however, depending on the specific nature of the topics you bring to work on—and your level of commitment to the process—replacing old ways of being with truly new norms that become second-nature can take 12 to 18 months.
-
Short story: consultants give you answers. Therapists help you heal the past. Mentors share their experience. Coaching is different: it is a structured relationship focused on achieving specific career-related goals. Our aim is to help you see with greater clarity and build new mental models so that you can lead with strength and confidence. We work with a fast feedback loop, allowing clients to assess behavioral change in real time. While we consider the whole person—in a professional, and sometimes personal context—coaching is not a substitute for counseling or therapy if deeper or diagnosed mental health issues are present. Coaching can be a support to a therapeutic plan, but a licensed mental health professional would be best suited for addressing broader mental health issues and psychological wellbeing.

We meet every-other week for 50-minutes throughout six-month engagements, however, a great deal of impact happens in the time between sessions when you are practicing new habits, leaning into new mindsets, and putting your action plan to work.
-
Each engagement is fully customized to the client, however, all sessions are focused on helping you achieve positive, lasting change in the way you work and show up for yourself, your team, and your business. We do this by following Sarah’s four-part framework: we raise awareness around specific areas for improvement; then consider issues of alignment—looking forward to how you want to think and act in the future, mapping this to your personal value system and long-term goals; we then create an action plan and set clear, measurable objectives to ensure we stay on track; and finally we optimize for success and refine your system as we go. We design for accountability and ensure you have the structure and support outside of our work to maintain progress and momentum.
