I’ve always been curious about the ideas that shape us. The heart of a person. The soul of a brand.

Early in my career, that curiosity led me into marketing and strategy. I worked with legacy brands and high-growth startups, helping organizations define who they are and what they stand for and communicate to the world with clarity and confidence.

Today, I also help leaders do the same thing—uncovering what’s authentic, refining what’s important, and building systems to share and sustain it.

Along the way, I became fascinated by a deeper question: Why do some people successfully evolve and grow while others—with the same drive and desire—stay stuck?

I enrolled at Columbia University and completed the Advanced Coaching Certification Program, studying research in behavioral psychology, transformational learning, and the neuroscience of change.

That foundation became the core of +Foundry: a process that blends science, systems thinking, and strategic partnership.
