I’ve always been curious about the ideas that shape us—the DNA behind our thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors.

In the first chapter of my career, I helped companies distill their star qualities and bring them to life through branding, marketing, and content.

I continue this work today through my brand consulting, however, in 2014, I experienced executive coaching and this opened a new door both personally and professionally.

When I decided to expand beyond working with brands to working 1:1 with leaders, I wanted to inform my approach with more than my anecdotal success. I wanted to understand the science behind the coaching process, the psychology of change, and the frameworks that help ensure transformation sticks. 

I create bespoke evidence-based frameworks to help leaders make meaningful shifts that stick.

I enrolled at Columbia University and completed the Advanced Coaching Certification Program, studying research in behavioral psychology, transformational learning, and leadership development.

It’s a privilege to serve as a thought-partner and strategist—to both leaders and organizations—playing a small but significant role in empowering my clients to do great work around the world.
